IMPULSE MEETS ARCHITECTURE

IMPULSE MEETS ARCHITECTURE

While EXAISTENCE is known for its dimensional aesthetics and evolving identity, the project’s sonic foundation continues to come from the creative dialogue between Monkey and Lord Yfel.
Both approach composition from entirely different angles—yet it is precisely this contrast that forms the core of the project’s sound.

Monkey builds from instinct, rhythm, and motion.
His process is physical, textural, and impulsive—shaping beats that feel alive, shifting, and grounded in raw energy. He experiments with pulses, fragmented patterns, and unexpected percussive structures that often become the heartbeat of a track.

Lord Yfel, in contrast, works from echo, structure, and shadow.
His contribution is architectural: harmonies carved from atmosphere, layers that stretch into space, and tonal movements that bring emotional weight. While Monkey ignites the spark, Yfel gives it form, gravity, and direction.

Most compositions begin with isolation—each one creating independently—before their material is brought together and aligned.
The process is not about agreement, but tension: two approaches colliding until a new shape appears between them.

According to the project,
“A song begins where our methods stop matching.”

This dynamic has defined EXAISTENCE from the beginning, and fans often recognize the interplay instinctively: the pulse that moves, the echo that anchors, and the resonance born from the space between both worlds.

As EXAISTENCE enters its next era, Monkey and Lord Yfel continue to refine this dual creation—keeping the sound unmistakably theirs, yet always evolving.
